Adding More vCenters

I am trying to add 2 NEW vCenters and everywhere it says to click on Configuration, but I do not see it.  I am logged in as Me do I need to login as Admin?

Please try with your administrator account, meanwhile may I know the version of Skyline you're running (maybe share the snip)
