When I try to access Skyline Advisor I login to my account and get the error message:
It used to work fine, but last month stopped working.
Please help to fix that.

Are you getting this error only while accessing Skyline Advisor or the Cloud Console as a whole? If only Skyline Advisor, you may be seeing this due to multiple Organizations on the Cloud Console. Please try logging in to the Cloud Console, and if you're able to, click on your name on the top-right to change to a different Organization (see image 1 below). Once done, click Skyline Advisor on the main screen (see image 2 below).
