Vsphere replication error : Failed to start offline syncronization

I'm trying to recover a VM use options : Recover with recent changes, but i have an error “failed to start offline synchronization”.

I'm use VR 5.1.1 for both Vcenter.

Can someone help me please ?

Hi,

Details for the error should be visible in vCenter Server Tasks page, when you hover over the status of the failed task.

Please check the failed recovery task at the secondary site vCenter Server and also if there are failed tasks at primary site vCenter Server.

VRMS logs at /opt/vmware/hms/logs/ at the VR appliances should also contain details.

If the error details are not self-explanatory, please open an SR for further assistance.

Hi,

Can you please share the SR number, once filed? If you haven't found the root cause in VRMS logs or vCenter Task info.
