Hi i have SRM configured in Production Site and Backup Site. Now when i run rerovery i hanve this error at step Network:

Failed to authenticate with the guest operating system using the supplied credentials.

Need help please!!!

VMTN has an area for SRM, a moderator should be along to move your thread there seeing as this has nothing to do with the vSphere Guest SDK.

To begin with, I would suggest reviewing VMware tools compatibility with SRM version, time sync issues for these VMs and ESXi hosts.

SRM and VMware tools interoperability 

There is a note about this error in SRM release notes
