A quick clarfication on the replicated LUNs presented at DR site.
Note: 1.The SRM failover/failback etc works fine and no issues with zoning, LUN presentation etc.
2. All the ESX Servers in DR site are already running VMs connected to a local hp storage. for ex. we have LUN 1 to 20 with n number of VMs on these two hosts.
example Scenario:
Ex: In production I have 2 esx servers and have been presented with LUN number 1 and 2 with datastore names DS1 and DS2. Theses LUNs haven been replicated from hp storage to another hp storage at DR site, where both these LUNs are part of One DR group.. Wherein these replicated LUNS have been presented to ESX hosts in DR site with LUN ID 21 and 22 with same datastore name. When we look in hp storage, these two replicated LUNs will be read only mode.
I would like to know, how we can find out the replicated LUN IDs, datastore details and mappings for LUN ID 21 and 22 in DR site from the esx hosts which are in DR site.
