SRM new install - "create protection group" button not enabled

just did a fresh install of srm (have done a few beforehand) and the "creat protection group" button is not enabled.

I configured the inventor mappings and can't figure out why it's not enable.

any ideas ?

Hi,

You need to configure Array Managers so that SRM can discover Datastore Groups. Then you'll be able to create Protection Groups.

We have configured our array manager and still have no options for configure. Believe ive ran into this before, CANNOT remember what seemed to solve it.

Already have rebooted VC servers on both sides. REstarted SRM services. Reconfigured the settings for array manager and connections (configure/break). Still nothin...

Hi Mike,

Do you see Datastore Groups at the last screen of Configure Array Managers wizard? If not, could you post SRM logs from the protected site?
