SRM issue

We replaced knackered SRM servers with appliances. The old windows one was version 8.3, we couldn't even get the migration tools to work, as when copying the config from the folders, it wouldn't run the install correctly so we basically rebuilt them with new appliances and connected everything back up.

 

That was last week, now when logging on this morning, i see the following:

Seems both extensions are registered, both old an new versions showing, so now not giving the option to even open the recovery consoles. Any idea how i get rid of the 8.3 version?

Try running http://flings.vmware.com/vsphere-diagnostic-tool on each vCenter server, it will help identify and clear stale SRM registrations. 

That is what appears to be the source of your issues.
