SRM Server 8.3 Export script stuck

Hello,

I successfully upgraded of SRM (Windows) 8.1.2 to 8.3.1 (embedded vPostgres DB)

now im trying to migrate from SRM server 8.3.1 to SRM appliance 8.3.1, following this Doc - "Migrate from Site Recovery Manager for Windows to Site Recovery Manager Virtual Appliance"

the export script "export-srm-data.bat" on both sites is running for hours now and looks like it stuck.

does anyone know this issue?

can i run this script any other way? I know here is the export/import tool, but could i import the xml data to the new appliance?

Did you get this fixed?

If not I would suggest trying a restart of the windows VM; try stop the SRM service; and ensure the that SRM (postgress) DB service is running.
