SRM Replication process protected site to recovery site

Hi,

how srm recplication happens from protected site to recovery site... whats the background process.

The data replication from site to site is either array based or via vsphere replication. SRM has "hooks" such as the SRA into the storage to be able to see the replicated data pairs.

Array based replication may vary depending on the Storage vendor.
