SRM - Array Discovery - Error Occurred

Hi everybody,

I have just installed SRM and I am in the process of discovering storage arrays. We use NetApp FAS series filers.

I have successfully managed to add one of our storage arrays and create a protection plan. However when I attempt to add another storage array, a NetApp FAS3050, it just hangs for a bit and come up with the message "Error Occurred" and does not elaborate further.

I have had our NetApp specialists look at this and there does not seem to be any configuration mismatch between the one that is working and the one that isn't.

Any ideas?

Hi Emille,

There could be more details about the error you are seeing in SRM logs. Could you maybe post them here?
