SRM 8.3.1 error when trying to configure Vcenter

Dear Community,

The last couple days i am trying to configure SRM in my DR site.

Whenever i try to configure the vcenter on SRM(virtual appliance) i receive the attached error.

I checked the log files but i could not identify what is causing the issue and how to fix it.

Both vcenter and srm are in the same subnet so not traffic is blocked from a FW.

Can you please assist?

Thank you in advance,

Hi @MichalisCY ,

Looks like a connectivity error. /var/log/vmware/drconfigui/drconfigui.log on SRM appliance should provide you more details about the error.

To begin with, please check the following:

1. Please share vCenter version and build number

2. Ensure we have time sync between SRM and vCenter. Any time difference above 30 seconds, will have issues

2. SRM appliance should connect to PSC and vCenter on port 443 (From SRM appliance run:  curl -v telnet://vCaddress:443 )
