SRM 8.2 - Manual IP Customization failed

Hi, I have a problem with manual IP Customization during recovery process.

I get the error with :

Cannot complete customization, possibly due to a scripting runtime error or invalid script parameters (Error code: 255). IP settings may have been partially applied.

and I find the error in vmware.dr.log

ERROR: Fatal error occurred during customization !! Customization halted.

--> ERROR: Error : Customization Failure !! Unknown distribution. at /var/run/.vmware-imgcust-dpoMy2T/scripts/Customize.pl line 109.

--> INFO: Return code is 255.

But I can't find the "Customize.pl" file

Hi

Please share following information:

1. What is the guest operating system of this affected VM ?

2. VMware tools version ?

3. Version of ESXi host at recovery site ?

I solve the problem , my vm's OS is photon OS and it not support in customize.pl
So I change to use Ubuntu and use VMware Tools 10.1 and later.
