I believe making sure you don't have a product interoperability mismatch is perfectly valid.

Hello,

its vanilla install or upgrade from 5.5.x/5.8.X ...?

please post SRM logs from both sites...including config files:

VMware KB: Location of Site Recovery Manager log files

In the meantime verify connectivity between those sites:

VMware KB: Network Ports for Site Recovery Manager 6.0

VMware KB: Ports that must be open for Site Recovery Manager 1.0.x to 5.5.x, vSphere Replication 1.0...

Hello Katwood,

Can you evaluate how you fixed this? I am having the same problem.

Thanks!

Kind regards,

Rod
