Fresh installation with vCenter 5 / SRM 5 / ESX 4.1 latest fix / NetApp Box FAS 2020 (compatibilty matrix OK)
When i create protection group, SRM service on Recovery Site crash and it is impossible to restart it !! Only way is to re'install SRM and reprotect and crash ...
Bug or something i've missed ?

Ok, it was a fresh installation from an ESX 3.5 infrastructure with existing extend on vmfs3 partition
Confirmed by support :"It looks like SRM cannot handle datastore that spans 2 vmfs extents and these extents are in difference partitions of the same device".
Funny ! this datastore was already protected by SRM 1.0
