SQL Server Versions supported for SRM

In the Admin guide for SRM it refers to SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition being a requirement for an SRM environment.

Is this really the case? Can I not use Standard or even Workgroup Edition? Does anyone know why Enterprise Edition would be a requirement?

Think I found the answer by reading a different version of the document!

Apparently even SQL Express can be used!
