NetApp and SRM

Hi, I have the following questions - can you help please:

1. What is the last vSphere release in version 4 including any Update release (not version 5)?

2. What is the last SRM release in version 4 including any Update release (not version 5)?

3. If using NetApp what SRA version is to be used with both (1) and (2) above? and where can I find the download location.

2. SRM 4.1.2
