Linux and Windows VM's have inconsistent File Systems and Corrupted Files after SRM failover

When VM's power on at the recovery site I'm finding corrupted databases, corrupted xml and configuration files, and Linux files systems that have to be repaired. I'm using HP 3PAR replication with Virtual Copy and Remote Copy software. Additionally we are using Symantec Netbackup and the vStorage API to snap and backup the VM's. Could the issues I'm experiencing be related to a conflict with NetBackup snap operations and 3PAR snap operations stepping on each other?
