Install Software SRM 5.0 with IBM DS3500 SRA

Good afternoon, we have the following hardware environment:

2 Servers IBM x3650 M3 cluster mode in the main data center with IBM DS3500 cabin connected through fiber-fiber switch and a replicated site have a server connected with fiber to another DS3500. This whole environment has a "FRABRIC" switch mounted with IBM.

On the software side we have:

Licensing Site Recovery Manager 5.0

Having applied the licenses "Volume Shadow Copy" and "Enhaced Remote Mirroring" in both DS3500 boxes and found that fiber at all works. Get NOT add "RAS" in the "SRM"

Someone can help?

We acquired the IBM Support € 30,000, and do not get help and the problem is that by purchasing the support of IBM through vmware, vmware live we serve.
