How much bandwith SRM is using?

Hello,

I'm trying to find out how much bandwith SRM is using when transfering VMs from the protected site to the recovery site.  Which servers, port range or protocol should I monitor?  Is SRM transfering machines by itself or it's using vCenter?

Thank you

SRM is does not replicate the VMs it relies on either SAN to SAN replication or VSphere Replication - which one are you relying on to replicate the datastores between protected and recovery sites?

The bandwidth is dependent on the rate of change of your VMs -

If I'm relying on vSphere Replication, does the synchronization between the protected site and the recovery site is done by the two vCenter servers?  Is it done on the port 80 or any other specific port?

Thank you.

Hello,

I didn't found how to monitor vSphere Replication network traffic, but I found that you can configure vSphere Replication to not eat all the bandwidth :
