I'm not sure what the cause of this is but a good troubleshooting step if you lose connection to your local SRM server is to try a modify install of SRM.

Launch SRM installer via Programs and Features, select modify mode, and run through the wizard. This will re-establish the connection to vCenter Server.

If you use default certificates (not custom) then you can also try generating a new certificate during the modify-install wizard.

Tried that, its not moving at all, but i can repair the SRM via CMD with exe file. do i need to run both end? i mean PRD and DR? DR end is able to launch but prod unable to do so.

You mean the modify install wizard hangs? Or some other problem? Do you get a specific error?  Include screenshot if so.

Another option is:

stop SRM service

make sure you have the installation media accessible

uninstall (do not remove database contents)

install again and point at existing database

It seems like a local problem to me - the VC cannot connect to its local SRM server, so I don't think it should be necessary to perform these steps on your DR site.
