Connection issue

Hi,

I'm hoping someone has seen this issue in the past and can help me out.  I have SRM 5.5 set up between two sites.  On the protected site when I make the connection to the Recovery site I have to put in the hostname\administrator and then the password to connect, administrator by itself with the password does not work.  Going the other way (recovery to protected) when I connect I only need to put in administrator and then the password.

same sso domain?

Yes they are (sorry for the delayed response).

Hmm, my guess was that if they were in seperate SSO domains, then one domain may have the ALIAS (netbios name) set for the identify source and the others did not.

Maybe still worth checking? In the web client Administration -> Configuration -> Identity Sources

If the alias isn't set, then you  may need to delete the source and re-create, not sure how comfortable I would be with doing that, but here's the KB

That's my best guess at least, SSO issues are really tricky.
