Configuring virtual machine for replication....Failed with SRM 5.1

I keep getting this error message whenever I chose to replicate any VM  using SRM 5.1. Both sites are paired and connected, and the applicances  too are also connected both on the production and recovery sites. But i  keep getting a failure when i initiate a vm for replication. See error  message below and screenshot attached. "VRM Server generic error. Please  check the documentatioon for any troubleshooting iinformation"

Hi,

Could you please open an SR and attach support bundles for both sites?

VRMS logs (ones in /opt/vmware/hms/logs/) should help identify the issue.

I have already opened an SR and awaiting feedback from support but time is of the essence to me. I need to get this replication to recovery site as soon as possible.
