Automating enablement of SRM on VMs

Hi All,

I have been looking around for a way of automating the enabling of SRM on virtual machines (to be manually initiated on selected VMs or as an option when a VM is deployed via a workflow) but can’t seem to find anything.

I would like to know if it’s possible to use a workflow/PowerCLI to perform all the steps necessary to protect a VM with SRM (array based replication not vSphere replication) e.g. putting into the correct (replicated) datastore, adding it into a protection group, recovery plan etc. Do you know of any way of achieving this?

Till now SRM workflow  has not been implemented in PowerCli .

Can have a look into SRM API, It may help
