is this still an issue? did you raise an SR with EMC or VMware?
i've used the mirrorview SRA a lot and not had this problem which suggests it should just be a simple config mistake.
usual suspects for this are (and i know you've tried at least one of these):
- wrong version of solutions enabler, must be correct version AND 32bit version
- solutions enabler MUST be installed to the C: drive NOT D:, E: etc etc
- solutions enabler MUST be installed by a user account that makes application available to ALL user profiles not just the install account
if you look in the SRM log file at the protected site when the error occurs you'll see entries like this:
[#1] MirrorViewSRACLI Start
[#1] Unable to load DLL 'MirrorViewSRACore.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
[#1] MirrorViewSRACLI End
if you see entries with errors like "module could not be found..." you know its to do with the solutions enabler config.
