I want to setup a Snort IDS to monitor traffic in my vcenter. Promiscuous mode will be enabled,
I am pretty sure that it would works , but I am worried about both security and performance of my vcenter.
Any recommendations for the configuration in an optimized and safe way.
Thoughts?
