If I am looking at implementing NSX, what requirements are there to use an SIEM effectively? For example, if on the physical network I would analyize traffic flows and have my SIEM represent my network hierarchy, what happens when I virtualize the network? If the SIEM is not integrated with NSX manager and the virtual network is integrated with SIEM, it seems my solution will become null and void. Is there an SIEM designed to work in a virtualized network context?
