Preventing self-assigned ip addresses on customer servers

ESXi 6.5

CentOS vm

How do I prevent this customer from adding ip addresses to their virtual nic that don't belong to them? I've assigned them a /27 block but what is to prevent them from assigning themselves another ip not on their block?

Thanks,

Chris

Well, nothing, so long as they have administrative access to their machine.
