Everything working fine and running, then after Windows update and Webroot with CCleaner Workstation 12.5 pro will not run on C or D drives

Reinstalled everything multiple times, turned services on and off.  Nothing seems to help.  Bottom line when trying to run the same VMs I always on my C or D drives (internal to the Laptop) VMware cannot identify or start.  The error says it cannot find the boot record.
