OVA root password?

Hello,

I want to evaluate the OVA photon version and I am wondering what the login credentials are.

I can not find any documentation on the OVA setup in particular.

I helped myself by installing it from the ISO and it works with a custom password.

Does anyone know the login credentials for "root" for the OVA setup?

Hi,

I have downloaded the file "photon-3-kube-v1.19.3-vmware.1.ova" and I use "VMware-player-16.1.0-17198959.exe". I tried different password for "root" : "changeme" or "chamgeme"... it doesn't work at all.

(The keyboard is switched to US and I have a azerty keybord (french)) but it doesn't work too.....

Can you help me please ?

this OVA is for deploying a Tanzu Cluster. This product works on vSpehere. You can see a guide:

on the other hand, you can run kubernetes on Photon OS https://vmware.github.io/photon/

Yes, I'm facing the same issue ,

download ova photon-3-kube-v1.18.10-vmware.1 done. , deploy, login root but the password when type changeme is wrong.

download ova photon-3-kube-v1.19.3-vmware.1 done, again, what is the password ?
