OVF tool - copy vm from one ESXI host to Another host

Hello,

I am trying to copy a VM from one esxi host to another using OVF tool.

I am able to do this and it will save the vm to the root of the datastore.

However I am looking to copy the vm on a folder/directory on the datastore, i dont want the file to be saved on the root of datastore.

everytime i specify the folder that the VM should be saved at, i get error : Invalid VM Folder.

I dont have VSphere, it's 2 stand alones ESXI host.

here is the CMD script i am using : ovftool.exe -ds=datastore3 --vmFolder=Backup2022 vi://root:password@source ip address/"name of vm to be copied" vi://root:password@target ip address

Attached is a screen shot of where i want the vm to be copied at .

Any help is appreciated please! not sure if it can be done, to specify a folder from ovf tool...

Thank you
