Vmware Question Vsphere and esxi 6.0

Ok I installed esxi 6.0 on my server and vsphere client on my desktop to manage it.  Now to install r2 2012 server on my server do I just install it like normal plug in my usb iso and install or do I open vsphere and install it from there to the server?  I'm a bit confused I have a server with 2 xeons 4 500gb 7200 hdd's and 32 ram, I want to run four virtual machines on it for learning and training purposes for myself.  So now that I have it connected to my vsphere client and am logged in.   How do I install my 2012 r2 onto my server?

Hello,

Connect to the environment via the vSphere client and right-click the ESXi host or Datacenter in the inventory and 'Create a new virtual machine' should be an option.

Select this then go through the Wizard to create a VM with the OS type resources and configuration that it requires.

Page 21 of this documet goes through the basic steps of creating a VM:

If you have not created anye VMFS datastores on the local HDD storage devices then you will have to do this first:

For learning purpose better you should use Vmware workstation , then install ESXi and Windows 2012

Make 2012 as vcenter server
