VMware products and licences

Hello everyone

I would like ask you about VMware products and licences types. What is problem? In my company, we must implement couple basic VMware Server technologies (ESXi, vSphere/vCenter, vSAN, Horizon). Additionaly we should use vMotion, High Avability and VDS - Virtual Distributed Switch. Everyone of above technologies we run successfully. Everything works great.

But we wants complete the all solution, buying a valid long terms licenses. At present time, we don't know how do it. Main issue is we don't know how to mach licenses to each other.

I will give you a example.. according to our requirements we want buy license "VMware Horizon 8 Enterprise 2209" (which include: Horizon, ESXi, vCenter). General question is where we can find some information about vMotion, HA in that license type. Did this type of license has it (vMotion, HA)? Does it require a separate purchase? Where we can find the current list of these technologies?

We knows about VDS and vSAN need another different license.

Different option is buy vSphere product but it not contains Vmware Horizon..

Can anyone help us with this problem? Thank you very much in advance.

If I understand correctly your request is which license should you buy to implement a Horizon infrastructure with vSAN.

the Horizon license Enterprise Plus Subscription already includes the license for vSAN and all vMotion features and needs. (vSphere Enterprise Plus and vSAN)
Obviously, on the infrastructure that you implement with these licenses you can run the VDI VMs and the VMs strictly necessary for the Horizon service (for example, connection server, App Volume, etc.)

Exactly, we want implement Horizon infrastructure with vSAN, via vSphere platform.

But it's some misunderstanding, probably from our side.

This link which you added, contains couple Horizon subscriptions (eg. Horizon Enterprise Plus Subscription, that you mentioned). Unfortunately we don't understand where find detail information about ESXi, vMotion and HA in this type of subscription. Does it include in vSphere like as part of Horizon Enterprise Plus Subscription? Where we can see details about that (links, webpages, etc.)?

Additionaly, what i can do if in VMware store website (store-us.vmware.com) after typing "Horizon Enterprise Plus" I don't receive vaild product/subscription to sale.. i see something like "VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus"..
