Linking myvmware login to product license.

We purchased vmware through an integrator. How do I go about linking our product license to this myvmware account?  I'm trying to download the vcenter server appliance, and am getting "You either are not entitled or do not have permissions to download this product", though it was included in our license.  I suspect it will work when the account is linked.  Thanks.

To be honest I'm not sure how this should go but I think I would contact the integrator. Or post the question in Licensing

Consider giving Kudos if you think my response helped you in any way.

You need to speak to the place where you purchased the license. When you purchase a license, you will be asked for your e-mail information and you can use my.vmware.com.

You need to talk to the integrator from which you purchased the license. Have you got your license information?

It turns out that the integrator created a myvmware account for one of our other employees here & linked it to the account, but we weren't made aware of it. Were were able to then log in to that account & authorize mine through that. Thanks for your help.
