Enabling Users to Change Active Directory Passwords in vcenter Server appliance

How do I enable Users to Change Active Directory Passwords in vcenter Server appliance? We are currently using vCenter server version 6.5 19261680.

I am getting the below alert when attempting a reset.

"Either no system domain user with the specified name exists, or the given password is not correct"

it is enable by default and nothing need to do  for that.

Thank you for your reply.
Active directory users are unable to change their passwords through the vCenter Web appliance.
Users on the vsphere.local domain can reset their password, but AD users cannot.
Do we need to establish particular permissions for password changes on our active directories?
