Disabled plugins don't show as disabled in UI

I have followed the advice in https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/83829 to disable the affected plugins, but after restarting the UI I only see three disabled plugins.  Any advice on getting the other two to display (mainly to provide an artifact for auditors, but still)?

Currently on vCenter 6.5 appliance

Disabled plugins that display:

vROps Client

Update Manager

Site Recovery

@ASavener2 Thanks for posting the question. Only installed plug-ins will be visible in Client Plugins section in UI, so other plugins might not be installed on the VC. If possible, can you share a screenshot of the Client Plug-Ins UI screen, so that I can confirm?

Thanks for your response!

Yet the advisory states "The affected Virtual SAN Health Check plug-in is enabled by default in all vCenter Server deployments, whether or not vSAN is being used."

@ASavener2 Thanks for the update. Looks like VSAN H5 Client plugin was not enabled by default on older 6.5 vCenter Server versions, will need some more testing to confirm. I will check and keep the thread updated. If needed, we will update the documentation.
