Carbon Black Cloud services are not reachable to support the ESXi host

Hi Support, following an upgrade of our ESXi hosts to 7.0.3, Carbon Black Cloud services are not reachable to support the ESXi host. On the host, configuration - Carbon Black - security, we are receiving the message above. Please could you confirm which port it's communicating on, to see if the is being blocked by our firewall.
