Cannot access vSphere Client 6.7

Being new to VMWare, I was following some documentation to update ESXi.  It is clustered with another machine but when I went to shut down the VM's on one of the servers, I lost all connection to vSphere.  At one Point, I was able to access the EXSi and started te VCSA as it was on that machine.  Once that was started, I started all the other VM's on that box.  Then I lost all connections to ESXi and VCSA for that machine.  I can still access ESXi on the other machine but not vSphere.  I am remote to this machine as it is in Illinios.

Any suggestions to get this back up and running?
