virtualization intel VT-x/EPT is disabled for this ESX VM

Tried many options as posted in few found discussion but unable to get it working. I want to run the 64bit VM in my ESX server which is on my VM Workstation 8.

This entire setup is on my Laptop, which support the virtualization as per the Intel and VMware cpu check utility.

Enabled the VT in BIOS

Hard booted the machine

Also added vhv.."TRUE" on my ESX server

I also tried to do some VMX edit which were never successful as my VMX file got corrupted all the time (Thanks GOD!!! it’s my test setup)

add this lines to the vmx-file then it should work (From another thread)

monitor.virtual_mmu = "hardware"
monitor.virtual_exec = "hardware"
vhv.enable = "TRUE"
monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "true"

Tried clicking the check box next to "Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI."

These are logs for the Windows 7 VM running inside the ESX VM.  I'd like to see the log file for the ESX VM itself.
