Workstation 16 player cannot see virtualization capabilities

Hi. I want to build a vSphere on my computer

I installed 3 ESXIs on Worstation 16 player but with the same error:

I made all settings, my settings in BIOS are fine, also I made all settings from here

I wouldn't be a problem, I can run ESXI without this but vCEnter cannot b installed:
