Shutdown ESXi via vSphere web Client?

I have installed vSphere Web Client 5.0.0.3288 on my vCenter server.

But I found that vSphere Web Client 5.0 does not have a choice to shutdown or restart ESXi host. I wonder whether it is possible to shutdown or restart ESXi via vSpehre Web Client.

I remember that certain site told me that vSphere client will be decprecated in the future and only vSphere Web client can manage ESXi host. And some setting just can be done via

vSphere web client from vSphere5.1. Is it right? If I installed vSphere Web Client 5.1, can I shutdown or restart ESXi host? Is it possible to use vSphere Client 5.1 to manage ESXi5.0

because my esxi host is 5.0. You can see the attachement for hte evidence of that there is no option to shutdown or restart ESXi host.

I am running web client 5.1 and it is definitely there (Version 5.1.0 Build 910254).  Not sure about previous versions... I also believe you would need to upgrade vCenter to 5.1 as well but I have not looked into what the support options are for the web client.
