I have a short question.
When i use a nested esxi 5.1 on a esxi 5.1 would i need a second license or is the second esxi automatic licesend because i have licensend the cpu ?

Each instance of ESXi needs a license. However, assuming the virtual ESXi hosts are used as a lab/test environment, you can run vSphere in evaluation mode for 60 days without a license key.
