Is it possible to install ESX5.1 as windows2012 Hyper-v guest OS and create guest OS of ESX5.1 ?

I tested ESXi as a guest on ESXi server but not on Hyper-v.

Also I had virtual machine on that and they were working fine.

You can test it.

I'm pretty sure Hyper-V doesn't support a Hypervisor as a guest OS. Anyway, I moved your question from VMware ESXi 5 to Nested Virtualization to see whether someone in this forum has some insight.

Yes, but only for 32-bit nested guests using binary translation.
