Did you set the guest OS type to "Hyper-V (unsupported)"?
(As indicated in the guest OS selection, Hyper-V is not a supported guest, but it should generally work.)
" Did you set the guest OS type to "Hyper-V (unsupported)"? "
how do this? I use Vmware Player 7? Also tell for Fusion on the Mac... - not yet installed.
First, power off the VM. Then, on the screenshot you initially posted, there is an 'Options' tab. Click on that tab, and there is a setting for 'Guest Operating System'. Select 'Microsoft Windows'. For 'Version', select 'Hyper-V (unsupported)'.

Yes, the settings in that screen shot are correct.

emulator should start-up even WP8.1 cordova App if erroneous... is the startup app withOUT additions...?
Sorry; I don't understand the question.
When create a sample cordova app[not added anything yet] and run it I get some errors and emulator wp81 not even appear, other kinds of windows phone app html run OK....
Sorry; I don't know anything about Cordova. But if other VT-x based emulators are running okay, it sounds like Hyper-V is working.
