Fusion with ESXi & Windows 2008 Server?

I want to get VMware Fusion 4, but I want to confirm that it will support the OS that I want to install.  Can I install ESXi 5 on Fusion, then install Windows 2008 Server on ESXi?  Just want to confirm that Fusion can support ESXi with 64bit OS?  Thanks in advance for your help.
