@DCasota The best way of informing the forum moderators and administrators that a post needs removing (or moving to another area) is to go to the "action" menu (3 dots) to the right of a post or comment and choose the Report Inappropriate Content option:

I have done that for the comment you refer to.

As an ex-moderator, that comment is purely spam - created either by AI or a copy/paste from somewhere, with the additional bullet point about video editing that has a link at the end.
