End of Life for AirWatch Video for iOS and Android by AirWatch Support
AirWatch Video will reach End of Life for iOS and Android on March 5, 2018. On this date, the AirWatch Video app will be removed from the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store. Additionally, AirWatch cannot guarantee full support for AirWatch Video on any operating system beyond iOS 10.3 and Android 7.1 (Nougat).
Implications for Customers
All customers currently utilizing AirWatch Video should investigate migration options for any workflows that require the AirWatch Video application before the End of Life date. Depending on your specific configuration and requirements, VMware Content Locker may be a suitable alternative.
In cases where CDN integration or streaming video is a requirement, 3rd party applications may be required to replace AirWatch Video.
