In V4V 6.0 you can now collect a list of in-guest processes and process metrics from your remote desktop sessions. Just follow these steps.
1. Navigate to the 'Horizon View Remote Session Details' dashboard
2. Select an active session from the 'View Remote Sessions' list
3. In the 'Session Processes' widget choose the 'Get Desktop Processes' action and run the action (click the '>' button to the right of the list of actions)
4. Within a minute the list of collected processes and metrics should be shown
Note that any previous data collection results for the selected remote session are available in the 'Results:' list.
Also try collecting the processes and users from your RDSH servers on the 'Horizon View RDSH Server Details' dashboard.
