What will changing beginning Dec 16th for Workspace ONE Labs?

  1. The above Workspace ONE ILT Courses will launch their labs through RDP. Please watch Joel West’s video instructions for detailed instructions.
  2. All lab manuals have been updated to reflect the new deployment process.
  3. Adam Esch will not be sending vCloud Director credentials or SaaS credentials for upcoming December 16th courses.
    1. Students will generate any necessary SaaS credentials on their own using a tool now staged on the student vAPPs.
  4. Courses listed for the Dec 23rd launch will continue to receive credentials from Adam Esch until they’re release. Afterwards, these courses will go through the same workflow as the rest of the labs.
  5. Lab support for Workspace ONE should be directed to Edu Lab Support (edulabsupport@vmware.com).
    1. Trainers can also open support cases via http://help.vmeduc.com/.
    2. The EDU lab support team will troubleshoot and escalate as needed to the lab and course developers.

*Note: Legacy VMware AirWatch and Workspace ONE [v9.x] courses will not be impacted by the above workflow change. These courses are scheduled for end of life Q1 FY2021.
