FYI (this could be proprietary/NDA information)
Had a random conversation with an Atlanta SaaS ops coworker today and he mentioned they aren't adding new SaaS environments with QTS and they have added new environments with AWS and some other international hosting providers. They tried VCloud Air but didn't get the greatest results so it's not likely new environments would be added there.
