Do Not Send Preparation Emails or WebEx Details to Unconfirmed Students in myLearn
If students are not confirmed, in pending state in myLearn, they should not be sent preparation or WebEx details, since they have not completed payment. If they are sent these details, then they will be sent a false expectation that they are confirmed and ready for the course. Below is a snapshot of an upcoming course where two students are listed in pending who should not be sent comms.
If you see students who are in a pending state, when prep comms are sent out 3-business days before delivery, follow-up with your delivery lead in your geo who will work with AirWatch operations to drop them from the class.
